Tenrikyo has two prayers which constitute “the path to single-hearted salvation.”

• The Service is the liturgy that Oyasama taught her followers. Though the Service comes in various forms depending on the particular place and occasion, all forms of the Service are based on the text of the Mikagura-uta.
• The Sazuke is a prayer for healing physical ailments. It can only be performed by followers who have attended nine lectures on the teachings at Tenrikyo Church Headquarters and received the sacrament.
